2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147 , 148 , 149, 272, 273 , 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when informant along with other police officials reached the place of occurrence , in the meantime , all the accused persons started pelting stones at police party due to which some police personnel sustained injury . It is further alleged that local spy identified 14 persons including this petitioner. Further, Ishwar Yadav and dinesh Yadav were apprehended, but one Manoranjan singh came along with 20-

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted police party due to which some of the police personnel sustained injury , prayer for pre-arrest bail of this petitioner is rejected.
