2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for a direction to the respondent authorities to take steps in connection with Hasan

Patna High Court CWJC No.1759 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/3 Imam Waqf Estate and Fazal Imam Waqf Estate according to their Waqf nama for their affairs; (ii) for a direction to the respondent authorities to take action against alienation of the Waqf properties of Hasan Imam Waqf Estate and Fazal Imam Waqf Estate;

(iii) for a direction to the respondent authorities to take legal actions against all the persons who are involved in sale purchase of the properties of Hasan Imam Waqf Estate and Fazal Imam Waqf Estate;

(iv) for a direction to the respondent authorities to take action under section 52 and under section 54 of the Waqf Act in connection with Hasan Imam Waqf Estate, Waqf No. 32/ Patna and Fazal Imam Waqf Estate 168/ Patna;

(v) for a direction to the respondent authorities to ensure the proper management of Hasan Imam Waqf Estate and Fazal Imam Waqf Estate according to their Waqfnama.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the grievance can be taken up before the respondent nos. 9 to 11 which he shall be doing in next four weeks.

4. Needless to say, if such representation is filed, the respondents are duty bound to look into the matter and take a decision in next six months.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
