JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Only a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13282 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya/Successor Court, in connection with Raushanganj (BankeyBazar) P.S. Case No.7 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
