2. It is necessary to reproduce the order dated 26.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2484 of 2020 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and it reads as under: "Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit and more specifically paras 4 and 5 whereof, which are reproduced hereinunder:

4. That the present writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon respondents to issue registration of EE CO 5 Star MA3ERLF1S00573876, Engine No. G12BN55192.

5. That it is pertinent to state that the registration of the said vehicle has already been done bearing registration No. BR01DM3017 in the name of Manoj Kumar and registration Certificate dated 28.01.2018 had been issued by the Registering AuthorityCum-D.T.O, Patna of the said Vehicle. The present petition undisputedly has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of as such.

3. Reading of the aforementioned order, the petitioner has not made out a prima facie case for initiation of contempt of courts proceedings against any of the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
