Under order dated 14.12.2018 the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail was allowed. Condition has been laid down that the petitioners would surrender within two weeks from the date of the order.

Modification has been sought for extending the time to surrender in the court below on account of illness of petitioner no.4, namely, Md. Yunus Ali.

In view of the said ground, order dated 14.12.2018 stands modified. Petitioner no.4, in terms of order passed on
