2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goplapur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have stolen a Tractor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in jail since 11.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Goplapur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ramgarhwa Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
