2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 110, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. Informant alleged that all the accused persons, named in the F.I.R., have been torturing her for four months when she went out of her house. They used to pass vulgar comments against her, pull her Dupatta and on protest, threatened to kill her and entire family members. Informant further alleged that on 10.07.2024, all the accused persons came and assaulted father and brother of informant with lathi, causing

The victim has supported her prosecution version in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. in which victim has stated that this petitioner was also involved in the alleged occurrence other co-accused persons. At the time of alleged occurrence, the victim was minor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of informant/victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S.
5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of victim recorded under Sections 180 & 183 of B.N.S.S., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
