Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1232C of 2017 registered under sections 498A, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner never demanded any dowry from the opposite party no. 2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019.
