2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted informant with iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. As a matter of fact, informant received dog bite injury and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. The aforesaid fact has also been supported by the injury report.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Nagar P.S. Case No. 557 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
