The petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it has been disclosed at paragraph-3 of this petition that one case was registered against him for the offence of Arms Act and another case was registered for the offence of Excise Act.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-
