The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 242 of 2008 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 25th November, 2014 on merits. For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 25th November, 2014, I am not inclined to review my order. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

In case, the case is still pending before the Magistrate, the Magistrate concerned shall commit the case to the court of Sessions forthwith.
