JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(1)(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in quashing the entire proceeding of Land Encroachment Case no.22/16-17 along with it's consequential orders pending before the respondent no.4 i.e. Anchal Adhikari, Aurangabad.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, commanding the respondents not to take any coercive

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal, filed by the petitioner has already stood dismissed, on the ground of want of jurisdiction, qua the appellate authority, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
