The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. case No. 360 of 2018 registered under Section 498A, 494. 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of informant. The gist of the allegation is that petitioner helped the husband of informant in solemnizing second marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 16.11.2018 the petitioner and two others, father-inlaw and mother-in-law, were granted provisional anticipatory bail on the condition that husband shall maintain his wife but the husband did not comply the order of the court. Consequently, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner has also been cancelled.

No.5659 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of informant, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
