ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 The present MJC is filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 3633 of 2024. This Court while disposing of the said writ petition had granted two weeks time to the petitioner to file the statutory appeal before the concerned authority.

2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already deposited the 50% of the amount due to the department but they could not file the appeal within the time stipulated by this Court as one of the family members of the petitioner was

Patna High Court MJC No.84 of 2025(4) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 suffering from cancer. Learned counsel submits that in case the time is extended by two weeks, the petitioner shall file statutory appeal.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, as a matter of indulgence further period of two weeks time is granted from today for filing an appeal before the concerned authority.

4. With the above direction, the MJC stands disposed of.
