The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot. It is alleged that the box carrying by the petitioner was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is of the same village. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Earlier also Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 was lodged against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 8.10.2014. Considering the facts and the nature of allegation, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
