The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No. 385 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that tempo of the informant was looted by four passengers who were in fact miscreants. Submission is that the petitioner was a passenger and going on by the tempo and after two of the occurrence, looted tempo was recovered nearby a petrol pump and three persons alongwith the driver of the tempo escaped away when the petitioner was apprehended and he, being a student, having no criminal antecedent, has been falsely implicated in this case and has been in custody since 10.10.2016.
