The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Further he submits that husband and father-in-law of the deceased are already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
