This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 353 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A)/30(d) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018 and under Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Bihar Excise Mahua Flower Rules, 2006.
