2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is that stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9593 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 petitioners that the petitioner are in jail since 05.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Bachhwara Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
