JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no.1. The grievances of the petitioner herein, as mentioned in the writ petition are as follows:

(1) "...... To grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of District Prosecution Officer in the pay band (4) of Rs 8700/- since when he completed 2 1⁄2 years of service on the post of Sub Divisional Prosecution Officer Selection Grade or w.e.f 12.06.2014 or at least from the date when junior to the petitioner have been promoted and pay all consequential benefit in view of notification dated 09.06.201"

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.7825 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 representation regarding his aforesaid grievances before the respondent no.1 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.1 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
