This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Adapur PS Case NO.157 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution story is of snatching of Rs.06 lac on the point of pistol. FIR is against unknown and there is also allegation of firing causing injury to the Chowkidar. It further appears that there is recovery of some notes of Rs.500/- from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has bee falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion, no TIP was held and he is in custody for 5 1⁄2 months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is recovery apart from the fact that he is accused in two other cases also. . Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
