2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 26.03.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.3539 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.484 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view order dated 26.03.2019 petitioner had earlier filed a petition dated 06.07.2019 stating that O.P. No.2 is not complying the order of this Court but no order has been passed confirming provisional bail till date by the learned trial court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file further application giving details with respect to the conduct of O.P. No.2.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

7. On filing of application on behalf of the petitioner before the learned trial court, the same shall be disposed of by the learned trial court in accordance with law particularly considering the direction given by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.3539 of 2019.
