JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail which has earlier been rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28776 of 2014 on the ground that only one injury has been found, and as such, one of the petitioners is entitled to get bail.

Considering the fact that allegedly, both the petitioners with intention to kill brutally assaulted on the head of the deceased which proved fatal, and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of bail of the petitioners in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 53 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5101 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2014 is again rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early a possible, preferably, within six months. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
