Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. The accusation against the petitioner is that he asked the informant's minor daughter to remove her clothes and after that the informant's minor daughter made complain to informant but the written report of informant goes to show that the present case was lodged when an altercation took place between female members of petitioner and informant after two days of the alleged

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with POCSO Case No. 08 of 2016 arising out of Dhanaha P.S.
