No. 1466 of 2015 on 12.01.2016, contempt of which is complained in this petition, we find that the appeal was disposed of in the

Patna High Court MJC No.213 of 2018 dt.03-04-2018 2/3 following manner:- "Heard Mr. Rajendra Prasad Mishra, who appears in person, and Mr. Nirbhay Kumar Singh, learned Government Pleader-26, appearing on behalf of the State respondents.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make appropriate application, in future, if so advised, seeking review of the order, dated 9.7.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9350 of 2015, impugned in this Appeal, and also to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to make appropriate application, in future, if so advised, seeking review of the order, dated 9.7.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9350 of 2015, impugned in this Appeal, and also to take recourse

Accordingly, finding no ground to initiate action for contempt, the application is dismissed.
