The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawanpur P. S. Case No 233 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R, petitioner said to have taken the grandmother with himself and thereafter, she was found in injured condition at a lonely place and later on she died. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and there is delay of eight days in lodging F.I.R.. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody for more than four months.

No.13 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner was pressurizing the deceased to execute the sale deed and he has taken the deceased with himself and later on she was found in injured condition and, thereafter, she died.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.
