The petitioner seeks bail in Goshi P.S. Case No.176 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has called for a report from the trial court which has been received and kept at Flag 'A". From the record it appears that case has been fixed for argument and is likely to be concluded within next two months.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
