2. In the instant appeal, appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 05.12.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24205 of 2019. Subject-matter is relating to transfer from one school to another school which was not interfered and it was dismissed on 05.12.2019.

3. Perusal of the records, it is evident that there is no

Patna High Court L.P.A No.11 of 2020(3) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 interim order insofar as staying the transfer order and order of the learned Single Judge dated 05.12.2019. In other words, transfer order must have been spent its force during pendency of the litigation. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.

4. Moreover, L.P.A. was filed in the year 2020. Matter is listed for the first time, therefore, the appellant and his counsel are not diligent in taking up the matter at the earliest in the year 2020.
