2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 307 of2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown criminals committed loot of Rs. 2,100/- and two mobile phones. The name of the petitioner has come in his self inculpatory statement. He has eight criminal antecedents of serious nature.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
