Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1038 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 238 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of Shrawan Ram. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by Shrawan Ram. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018 having clean antecedents.
