Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In huge quantity firearms and cartridges including regular rifles, gun etc. were recovered from the house of the petitioner, and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
