The petitioner is accused in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014, registered under Section 25(1-A), (1-AA), (1-B), 26(i),(ii),(iii)/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of two co-accused, who were apprehended by the Police on the spot, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25145 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
