Petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No.429 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 412 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Sumit Kumar and Sonu Kumar in their confessional statement.

It is submitted that co-accused, Sonu Kumar, has already been granted bail by this Court by order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58764 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P.S.
