Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S.Case No.26 of 2019 dated 3.6.2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Nanad and the Nandoshi. There is allegation of demand and torture.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole family members have been made accused in this case. No specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.177 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 informant, who has appeared suo motu and submitted that the husband of the informant has married with another lady and in that the petitioners have active role, which will appear from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in that case. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Banka in connection with Banka Mahila P.S.case No.26 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
