1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ for quashing of order dated 25.11.2023 whereby Petitioner and his family members has been declared encroachers under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and order has been passed under section 6(1) (d) to issue notice in Prapatra II.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ for quashing of Prapatra II dated 25.11.2023 whereby Petitioner and his family members has been has been directed to vacate the house in question bearing Khata no. 245, Khesara no. 2543 area 7.45 Decimal.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate direction to the respondent concerned for not interfering with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1285 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 peaceful possession of the Petitioner on the land in question."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
