2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) , 109 (1) , 61 ( 2 ) (a) , 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3. As per F.I.R. petitioners are alleged to have assaulted informant by means of iron rod, katta upon his head and leg due to which he sustained injuries. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are grievous in nature. Petitioner No. 1 has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, accusation and gravity of offence, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
