Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in jail custody since 4.12.2014 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the IPC.

Admittedly, marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the informant in the year 2004 and the present case was lodged after ten years i.e. in the year 2014 and moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Laheri P.S.
