In view of the issue raised in the writ petition, the petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy before the University.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to explore alternative remedy by way of filing representation before the University concerned.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the University for redressal
