2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the FIR it is clear that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner rather this allegation is against co-accused Vishal Ranjan Singh. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Puja Kumari. Moreover, the mobile number from which petitioner is alleged to have made call to the informant does not belong to her, rather it belongs to co-accused Puja Kumari. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Patna in Shastri Nagar Police Station Case No. 993 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
