The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 and504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant,. Informant's wife, sons and daughter-in-law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are agnates of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7286 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail , in the event of arrear or surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in Bajpatti P.S.Case No. 238 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. In the event of surrender the petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs. 7,000/- (seven thousand) in the court below which will be given to the informant. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) singh/- U
