2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394/395/412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25 (1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against four unknown miscreants is that they assaulted the informant and looted a cash of Rs. 4,50,000/- and fled away.

4. It is further alleged that on the basis of confessional statement, the petitioner was apprehended.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since

6. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Naya Ram Nagar (Safiya Sarai) Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
