2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 2107 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Considering huge quantity of foreign liquor recovered from a parked truck, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail which may be considered on the same day.

5. The bail application stands disposed of.
