The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering that the name of the petitioner has appeared in the statement of the co-accused before the police and nothing has been recovered from his possession, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A. Kunal, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4843 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 186 of 2014 with the following conditions:
1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3. The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
