The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's son went outside and thereafter he went traceless. Subsequently his mobile was also found switch off. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim stated that Jitendra Rai abducted and kept him in the house of Anil Kumar Singh where this petitioner used to inject some sedative every second day.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Anil Kumar Singh has been granted bail vide Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4671 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 Misc. No. 1384 of 2014 and during investigation this fact has not been verified whether this petitioner inject every second day to the victim to keep him sedated.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 192 of 2012.
