JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and it is alleged that he along with others killed the son of the informant It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are agnates of the informant and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and further, there is no eye witness of the occurrence and they have been in judicial custody since 26.08.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.118 of 2020(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
