The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the mother and younger sister of the informant with sharp cutting weapon. Considering the fact that the mother and sister of the informant got simple injury on account of assault made by the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, West Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014.
