The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S.

Case No.95/16 registered under Sections25(1-B)(a)}, 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that in course of quarrel among Laltun Kumar Paswan, Mithun Kumar, Umesh Paswan and the petitioner, the petitioner was seen having

Thereafter the informat seized the same and informed the police and handed over the same on reaching the police Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics showing recovery of pistol from him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in Gwalpara P.S. Case No.95/16.
