2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the complainant. According to allegation, the accused persons demanded television and golden chain as dowry and they inflicted atrocities for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the complainant is not ready to reside with the petitioner whereas the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and the petitioner has filed case for

5. In order to explore the possibility of amicable resolution between the parties, the notice was sent to the complainant (opposite party No. 2) but today none appears on her behalf.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1371 (C) of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The learned court below shall take every endeavour to explore the possibility of resolution of the dispute between the complainant and the petitioner through the process of mediation and conciliation. The effort shall be made either by the learned court below itself or through the District Mediation Centre, Bhojpur at Ara. In view of the court below, if the petitioner is found apathetic in resolving the dispute, his bail bond shall be cancelled and if it is found
