The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Seven FIR named accused persons initially pressurized the informant to marry his daughter with the referred person. On refusal of the informant they kidnapped her. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that this petitioner who is aged about 66 had kidnapped on motorcycle and got her married with Siyalal Sahani. However, Siyalal Sahani did not do anything to her. Considering the statement of the victim girl as well as age of the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent, let

Case No. 202 of 2015, S.Tr. No. 54 of 2016, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
