It is submitted that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 27.5.2014 without having any criminal antecedent whereas some co-accused persons have already been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani in Bhairabsthan P.S. Case no. 53/2014.
